What I love the most about Qualtrics is the number of resources available for all levels of users and the support given on the XM Community. . Being a new Brand Administrator if I am trying to figure something out and have questions that I do not find the answer to in the bootcamp training modules. I know I can definitely find an answer on the community.

One thing I love most about Qualtrics is the Dashboards. It is such a powerful and impactful feature.
I love how dynamic the all parts of the platform is. There is constantly new features and functionality and how well those changes are communicated. If there is a shortcoming to a part of any piece of qualtrics I know it is only a matter of time before it is addressed. In higher education so many partners and products we use are static, so being dynamic is awesome!

I love that there are so many different ways to solve complex problems within the platform. Once you get into the complex builds/systems, it's like solving a puzzle.

I love how great the support community is at Qualtrics and how so many people are interested in the different issues we face and how to solve our problems. I've found countless solutions just from these message boards alone!
I love how productive I can be. Managing multiple tracking surveys is a breeze and the basic interface allows for just about any question form I might want to use. Even when I'm trying to do something exotic, someone in the community is willing to share some java code to make it happen.
