My recommendation would be to research and browse the community whenever you can. Within the posts, you'll find very specific cases and great solutions to these problems, and sometimes, without even looking for them, you'll come across answers to issues you never thought to search for in the community.
And additionally, a big thank you to all those people who help us with CSS codes or custom JavaScript; these are the ones that have been most helpful to me.
My advice for new users is to read this community religiously. Even if you don’t have immediate questions or are unable to answer the questions, reading what other people are attempting to accomplish in Qualtrics is a learning experience in itself.

@Juan Zapata We are thrilled to read the Community has been so helpful for you! Follow up question: Do you think there is something we could do to better highlight “issues you never thought to search for” ? Curious to know if there are UI improvements we might be able to make here. Thanks!
First, I would like to thank @Michael_Cooksey and @AlonsoC for their incredible support and dedication in managing this community. Whenever I’ve reached out, they’ve always been there to help and have resolved all my queries. Thank you both once again!
My tip to newcomers, keep exploring the platform continuously. Remember, Qualtrics is not just a survey tool, it has so much more to offer!
@Sachin Nandikol you are too kind! We are thankful for you being a part of the XM Community!
I would like to tag @everyone present in this awesome community for your crucial support 24/7. Each and every individual here is so talented; God bless you all!
Newcomers, I want to say that this is the go-to place for any Qualtrics doubt you may have. While you will get immense help from the support page, the community here has solutions for every query that are beyond anyone’s imagination.
@omkarkewat We are thankful for all of your wonderful contributions to the XM Community
I would agree with most of the previous comments made suggesting to review/search the support pages and this community page for the answers/designs they seek to make good use of the platform. In addition, push yourself to think of every angle and take your time building the survey or dashboard to fit your needs. We have had to be creative in some cases but it paid off.
I would like to mention that our Enterprise Account Executive Caleb Coffman has always been supportive and engaging with us. We truly appreciate him.
