Topic: Best Practices for Mobile Surveys

Due to the increasing usage of mobile devices, survey creators need to implement mobile-friendly designs to decrease the dropout rate of mobile survey takers.

You can reduce the cognitive load of mobile survey takers by using the auto-advance feature, having one or two questions on each page to minimize scrolling, and using simple question types.

Open-ended questions should rarely be used on mobile surveys since they already have high skip rates and cause negative respondent experiences by forcing respondents to type their answers on a small screen.

Create better experiences for your respondents by learning more about mobile survey design today!
