What is Basecamp Wednesdays?

Every Wednesday we will look at different topics discussed on XM Basecamp and provide a brief description of the Basecamp resource.

Whether you’re just getting started on your XM journey or ready to take your program to the next level, this weekly series is meant to help all users find Basecamp resources.

Topic: Retaking Responses

Whether a respondent accidentally submitted their response too early or gave incorrect information and wants to correct it, there are many reasons to edit a recorded survey response.

Retake links can remedy these situations by allowing your respondent to rewrite their original response or retake the survey as a new response and keep both the original and updated survey response.

Although retake links are usually generated on a case-by-case basis, if you need to send a retake link as soon as a response has been submitted, retake links can be constructed and sent automatically via an email workflow. Information can also be specifically displayed or hidden on retaken responses by using the “Q_URL” embedded data field in the survey flow.

Avoid having unwanted incomplete responses in your data by using Retake Response links today!
