Adding a hover feature to a word in a question

Hi,
I need to add a hover function over the word "we" in a question (we work well together) in my survey so that "you and your work team" show up as a description.
I have tried to inputting the following html code:
we?
But this does not work when I look at the question in preview.
I need to get this survey out as soon as possible and I am not a coder so would appreciate any help! Thanks so much

    Just follow the format in your question HTML and paste the CSS in your custom CSS.
