So last week I asked a question regarding adding fields to text entry questions. Unfortunately I'm having a tough time getting JS to work- if anyone is willing to share a working code (or a good source), that would be fantastic. There is an answer on this site from 2018/2019, but that doesn't seem to work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, this type of feature is unfortunately necessary for my project.
