Hello, we are trying to add custom language translation to “total” in the constant sum question. I see this has javascript, but are there any ways that we can add custom language translation in html?

If by "total " you mean below yellow highlighted part in a Constant Sum Question.
Qualtrics automatically updates the language of "Total” automatically based on the language selected.
