I like to implement this into my survey but up to now I did not get it to work. The following steps I made:

1. Put all HTML into the HTML section in a questiontype Descriptive Text.


2. In the Custom CSS in the section Look & Feel I pasted all code from the column CSS


3. In the JavaScript in the section addOnload I pasted all code column JS
