May I know how could I present all my survey questions (including the multiple choice options) on a single webpage?

Please put all questions in one block and don't put page break between questions. Than entire survey will appear on one page only.

If you have any display logic then please make sure to use "in page" else by default "display logic" adds a page break between questions.
