I’ve tried to cobble this together from other posts (seen below), but I’m not having success. The formatting works for all the fields or none. How can I auto-format a phone number form field such that dashes automatically populate, but only for 3 of 5 form fields?

Ultimately, I don’t want anyone entering anything other than numbers, but I also don’t want them to get frustrated trying to guess or overthink the validation format. Any help would be appreciated!
