My survey covers various larger constructs and I would like to use the means of multiple multiple questions to get a mean for the larger constrcut. How can I set this up in the analysis? Example is questions 1-9 all cover school climate so how can I score school climate? I can do it by hand but I am sure the program as well.

You can use scoring or math operation for this.

If you have CX dashboards you can place all those questions in a field group and use the mean metric for the group created

How can you do this in a way that accounts for missing responses? That is, some people don't answer all of the items, so the math operation formula has to account for this.
