Hello! I am new to Qualtrics and am trying to learn about different types of survey capacities.

I’m wondering if it would be possible to include a calendar visual for participants to enter information about their life histories (e.g., pregnancies, birth, contraceptive use), sequentially. This would be a self-reported, web-based questionnaire that would include a visual calendar where they click a month to indicate if each life history event occurred within that month, and then answer some follow-up questions related to that life event. See example screenshots below.

For example, the survey might first ask about months where the respondent was sexually active, asking the respondent to select all months where this occurred in X year. And then, the next question might ask about experience of pregnancies for those same months, refreshing the calendar back to no check marks.

Is this type of visualization and interactivity possible with Qualtrics?
