Hi denimelo if you want to embed the survey it would require some customization on your end, where what you can do is use a custom html creative and create a div where the survey needs to appear.

I don't think this is hard to do for someone used to editing videos
We are using something similar for Youtube videos. But I hope you're hosting your videos internally, because getting the Qualtrics video to work in Youtube was complicated.
