I would like to design my survey in a way that the section names are displayed on header as tabs (just like any website). Is it possible to accomplish?

Yes, you can achieve this through CSS. You can add CSS / JQuery at question level or at Survey level by using the custom CSS section. You can also add "Header / Footer".

thanks. Do you have an example to look at? I am aware of the settings under "Look and Feel" but not sure how can I give my survey the design I am looking for.
