Can I randomise the appearance of rows in a HTML table? | XM Community

My survey includes a HTML table. The content of the table comes from embedded data. I'm happy that the content of the table is correct. However, I wonder if it is possible to randomise the order in which the rows of the table appear.
Below is what the table looks like. As you can see, each row pertains single issue (with all the cells in that row pertaining to that issue accordingly). I want it such that the order in which the rows appear is shuffled, with the internal contents of each row remaining consistent, and each row appearing once and only once.
Would anyone be able to suggest a way to do this in Qualtrics? Thanks.
