Changing the radio button into an image on multiple choice question

Hello!
In my survey, I am having participants choose between two options on a multiple choice question. The options themselves are currently small images that change on each iteration of a "Loop and Merge" block.
In essence, I would like to know if I can change it so that instead of a circle, the radio button looks like the image I want to insert on that trial. Or alternatively, clicking on the image will register as selecting that option/button. Is this possible? If it would help, I could replace the images with text, but I'd still like the same general function (clicking on the text would register as a selected option).
