Hello everyone!
I'd love to hear some suggestions for a use case I'm implementing.
I need to set up a survey to collect peer to peer and manager feedback. I would like to insert a drop down in which the respondent could select a colleague to "evaluate". I know that this feature is provided with qualtrics 360 but, unfortunately, I cannot use it. Do you have any suggestion that could help me with this issue?
Thank you in advance
Hi,
How about using a multiple choice question displaying the list of all the employees that are to be evaluated ?
Are you looking for a way to display a different list for each individual taking the survey or is there any other complexity to take in consideration ?
ElieD Yes, that's exactly what I'm looking for. For each individual there should be a different list
If your list is not too long, you can pass the peer list with an embedded data and use display logic on question choices :
I force the embedded data for the test :
And the result :
ElieD thank you so much for your suggestion! Unfortunately we have a long list of employee to upload. I was thinking about using the org hierarchy, but I don't know if that's possible. Do you have any other suggestion?
Will each respondent have only one peer to evaluate or do you plan to ask them to complete more than one survey ?
Maybe you can fix the subject of evaluation before importing your contact list so as each respondent will be assigned a peer to evaluate and you will not have to ask them to choose.
With this solution, you can add as many lines you need if you want a contact to complete more than one evaluation, too. You'll just have to deal with Qualtrics spam rules if you do so.
