Can I use custom validation to somehow check that one scale is the same or higher than the other in a Matrix table with two likert scales. There are 8 responses in each scale.

When you say 'custom validation' what do you want to happen in the following scenarios?
- Likert scale 2 is less than Likert scale 1
- Likert scale 2 is equal to Likert scale 1
- Likert scale 2 is greater than Likert scale 1.
For example, you could a)prevent participants from moving on until scenario 2 or 3 is achieved, b) you could branch participants to different areas of the survey based on scenarios 1, 2, or 3 c) you could terminate based on the scenarios. There are there options as well, but they all require different solutions based on what you want to happen. So what do you want the end result of your custom validation to be?
