Can you try to create a question, and sue the HTML view to add the "div" portion of the html in there?
@TJUH_Kai I tried to do what you said but the print button doesn't work when I do that.
does it work on a normal browser? if yes, can you open the survey on your samsung tablet's browser? I tested by adding the html in the question's html view, and it works on my browser.
btw, onclick suppose to be lower case:
