Create surveys using your own html & css UX designs as choice options?

I am brand new to Qualtrics and I am a bit overwhelmed on the amount of features available. I was asked to see if I can create a survey based on giving a user a choice of multiple UX designs on color patterns, text fields, selection dropdowns, etc. The user would select the best design and submit the brief survey. Is this doable in Qualtrics and where do I go to find the right topic and hopefully see some examples?

    So the user would pick how they want the survey to display? It's possible, but it's likely more trouble than it's worth. You would likely have to build out each unique design option using your own custom coding. Then you'd have to redirect users to the right survey. This isn't an "out-of-the-box" feature Qualtrics has.
