In our use case, we are integrating Qualtrics and Chabot and when the chatbot session with the customer has ended we will be triggering survey(call Create Session and Update sessions API). Before we trigger the survey we need to check if the customer has taken the survey in the past 3 days.
Embedded data used are CustomerID, UserName and Email. we would like to retrieve specific response based on customerID and check compare date for validation. I see there is a public api in qualtrics - Retrieve a Survey Response. However, this is used to reterieve survey response based on responseId. we would like to build a custom code to achieve this. we recently started using Qualtircs and haven't build custom code before. can someone please point us in the right direction on how to build a custom code?
