Email Invite Inline Question Display Issue - Workarounds?

Hi All,
My team recently discovered that the Qualtrics inline question does not display properly in the iPhone Mail app. Based on our tests, this seems to be an issue on all iPhones. Has anyone found a workaround for this issue? We have tried making small changes on the back end (text size) with no success.
