I tried to send a drafted saved email on Qualtrics with a survey' question embedded into it, however, adding this embedded question into the actual email changed the formatting of the rest of the email. I reached out on live chat and was told that we'd need to use Javascript to recode the custom box (embedded survey question) to not mess up the sizing of the rest of the email - right now it is far too big and is making the size of some other sections bigger too. I'm now searching for some further specifics about what would need done in terms of the Java re-coding. Does anyone have any information on this? Please can you share resources so we can embed the survey question into this email or future similar emails without it affecting the rest of our email template. Thanks!
