I know there is a code to input Withdraw button on Qualtrics 2014 but only Qualtrics 2017 is available to me.
Does anyone know how to manipulate the code to get it to work for 2017?

Try using the code in this community post to put a withdraw button in the footer of your survey. It's pretty simple, and worked for me.
