Is it possible to do a matrix of first letter open question . e.g. : 1. _ame (the answer will be "n" and the word will be name.). 2. _og (the answer will be "d" and the word will be dog.)

      This could be done using custom HTML and CSS code in text entry question.

        but were would you exactly enter the custom HTML?
        I can edit with HTML the question text, the statements or the scale point bot not the "text entry box"
        when I do the custom HTML on the question text, the statements or the scale I get what I want but I cant see the answer in the excel later.
