We are sending a survey out to two constituent groups and rather than programming 2 identical surveys and merging, we are just tagging those who receive an email, vs those who use a public link.
The problem is we do not want to force response on the email users, but do want to for the public link. I am using embed data to distinguish one group from the other for survey logic purposes, but did not see any options with Force Response to customize it. I tried Custom Validation and besides it being a headache to set it up for each individual question and response, validating on Embed data was not an option.

You can add custom code in the header and based on embedded data and respondents answer you can enable or disable the Next button.
