Has anyone created a stylesheet or class spec for surveys?

I want to override a bunch of the css classes, because the theme request form is SUPER restrictive and I just do not like that process. So i was going to waste my time digging through their front end code and spec out all the CSS classes, but if someone has already done that and shared it somewhere, I wasn't going to waste the time. Thanks!
