How can I change the preview image for a survey link? | XM Community

When distributing survey links via WhatsApp, etc., the link preview image that shows up on the recipient's device is the Qualtrics XM logo. I know you can change the text that previews the link to something more relevant under Survey Options General Display Name & Survey Description, but is there a way to change the image that shows up with the link preview?

Hello Alexa, the image is called Open Graph Image. It can be updated in the theme. Please see point 26 on this page.

Agree to @TusharDalwani. If you need a specific icon for only one survey, you need to duplicate your regular theme and adjust the icon.
