How can I randomize answer content? (like use image and text in different combos)

Hi everyone, I want to randomize and combine text + image in different answer options. I'm already randomizing the answer sequence / order. - but I also want to randomize parts of the answer options in certain combinations. How do I do that ? Best, Magnus
