How do I change the color of embedded data reported in an email task?

I'm trying to create a "Quick View" look at survey responses for an email report. For example, I have a quick view of self-efficacy, which will be reported as "concerns" "ok" or "good". I've set up the piped text/embedded data to generate that response, but I'd like the "good" to be green font in the email, the "concerns" to be red and the "ok" to be orange. How can I do this?
