How do I set display logic based on choices displayed in a previous question using JavaScript

Hi all,
I have a matrix where each row needs to be displayed according to whether an option in a previous question was displayed or not. If the matrix was short, I could use display logic by clicking and selecting the appropriate conditions. However, the matrix is too long (more than 10k rows) out of which about 200 rows should be ultimately displayed after filtering by conditions (i.e., by whether an option in a previous question got displayed or not). I think this task could be accomplished using Javascript, but I have zero familiarity with it and I’m finding myself lost (even after reading related posts). Does anyone know how to solve this or can point me to resources I could use? Any help will be appreciated.  Thank you!
