How to loop over list of images in a hotspot question?

Hello!
I want to randomly loop over several images in a hotspot question, i.e., randomly present a new image for each iteration of the hotspot question.
As far as I could see, there's no way to use one hotspot question and change the image using loop and merge.
Any idea how I could solve that issue?
