How to put statements at the top and scale points below in a drag and drop matrix? | XM Community

I'm working on a drag and drop matrix where the user is shown 20 images (the statements in the matrix) and asked to group them into 6 scale points. Having all 20 images in a single column on the left makes for a lot of scrolling and needless whitespace. Is there a way to put the 20 images into two rows of 10 below the question, and have the 6 scale points in a row below them?

You can stack statements in format options.
