How to set up Thank you email for EN/FR when your survey is bilingual?

I have created a bilingual survey. In Canada we have to have bilingual surveys, otherwise we might get in trouble. I have to set up Thank you emails for both Languages, so if the person filled up the survey in French, thank you email will be in French. Also is there a way to distribute the survey dividing by language preference? So our french audience when opens survey it starts in french and they don't have to toggle it. Please let me know if it's possible. Thank you

@zagrebinaa, The easiest solution is to translate your thank you message in the Qualtrics Library. It works just like survey translation. If you make your subject a library message, you can translate that too. If you add the Language embedded variable to your contact list with the correct language code (EN, FR, etc.) the survey will start in that language.

You can set conditional logic in your trigger emails based on the language of the survey taker. Qualtrics Language codes: https://api.qualtrics.com/docs/language-codes-1 Use these codes to set 2 triggers; 1 for English and 1 for French. FYI, the Qualtrics Meta Data variable name for Language is "Q_Language", so the logic would be IF Q_Language is equal to (FR | EN). !

Another way to do this is through Actions - we have a condition based on language (If Language = FR), and sometimes other additional conditions, and then put in the appropriate language message in the content.
