Hello everyone, I have a table I am trying to port into Qualtrics and am having a lot of trouble figuring out how to do so.
Basically it's a number of Likert tables, but the last column of the table is a text-entry for a Score, and then the last row of the table is also used for text entry to enter a score. I have attached a picture of one of these tables.
I've explored every option I can, but cannot find a way to implement the table as shown, or to find an elegant way to do so. If anyone could help me I'd be incredibly grateful.
