Apologies if this is elementary, but can't seem to resolve.

• We're embedding surveys in our site via iframes and the anonymous link (we append user information via a 'uid' GET variable at the end of the survey URL).


• We have "Save and Continue" checked in the survey options.


• When I load our page with the survey embedded I can see and interact with it fine.


• However, if I select something in the first question, and then refresh the page, I lose that answer (and any others I made)

I can see the third-party cookies set correctly for our qualtrics domain, and I've made sure Chrome is allowing third-party cookies. But it seems like the Qualtrics server is ignoring them as it's not populating the refreshed iframe with my already selected answer.
