Is it possible to validate the answers to questions based on previous answers?

Hi - I have two numeric questions, but I would like to force the second question to have a higher number than the first one. For example:
Q1. Age of the youngest person in the group?
Q2. Age of the oldest person in the group?
obviously, if someone enters '15' in the first box, they shouldn't be allowed to enter anything under 15 in the second.
Is there any way of doing this?

Yes you will need to use validation in text entry question and for range use Q1's pipe text. This will get your required setup.
