I want to remove the below particular section from the response report and just include the response summary. Is there a way to do this?

I don't know of a way for this but I've seen similar requests several times in the past few months, so I'd recommend submitting a Feature Request.
@JenCX I have already done that after chatting with Qualtrics Support.
