issue with data export of time field, | XM Community

hi!

I am using flatpickr to collect hours and minutes in my text field. 

example of the survey to collect hh:mm on time spent on an activity

Although I have enforced a maxTime, but I received responses outside this range, as seen in screenshot below (data export in csv):

 

I realised that the issue could be the format it was export, as i clicked into individual cell, I saw this:

It is still a valid entry if my maxTime is 04:00, and this user entered 3:36 hours. 

 

My question is, how can I make this right? The export file is misleading. When I view the response in Data&Analysis, the data entered appeared as in the export too:
