Hi, I am including some custom Javascript to add in text for response options that appear when hovering over the response text. If the survey respondent does not have Javascript enabled, how does that affect the display and functionalities of the survey?

Thanks!

Is JavaScript truly necessary or can you use HTML? For example this is a hover box that explains my organization’s definition of Accountability and Transparency.

<span title="We are stewards of public resources. We commit to the evaluation and review of our services and programs. We will be as transparent as possible through open communication within our own organization, with our partners, and with the communities we serve.">Accountability and Transparency</span>

@four77,

Even if you don’t have custom JS, a respondent can’t take a Qualtrics survey if JS isn’t enabled.
