I’ve been using JavaScript to improve the formatting of the end of survey response summary PDF as described in the post below:

This code seems to have stopped working all of the sudden, and I’m wondering if anyone else is having similar issues or may know why? (This was working as expected in February and I haven’t made any changes to the survey since then, so I’m puzzled as to what the issue might be.)
