I am trying to frame a matrix question which allows single select on rows (I have five columns). The last column should be a free text column. I tried side-by-side, but it allows multi select on rows. Is there any other way, probably , some custom code to achieve this?

Using Side by side question was good approach but then we have to use custom code to remove multi select on rows.
