Logging/Recording Reaction Times- Question with more than one response

Hi,
I am trying to create a survey that studies how a person may answer a riddle based off of previously exposed sentences, however the participant needs to be able to have 1-5 responses to each riddle and then rank their responses based on which they believe is most accurate. Is there a way that I can record how long the participant takes on each response? Or do I need to have each response be on a separate page in order to record each response time?

Easiest is to keep each response on different page and get the timer question on each page.
OR if you want all on single page then we need to use JS to achieve this.
