I am trying to find a way to remove as much spacing as possible between text boxes in a survey. I have switched to compact spacing and it looks like this:

The first "question" is a single text box with bullets underneath; the second "question" and responses are each a textbox. I have tried some of the other examples people have suggested in other questions, but I haven't been able to remove any additional space between textboxes. I know that I may not be able to remove spacing to have multiple textboxes mimic the formatting in a single textbox, but I want to get it as close as possible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
