Dear Qualtrics Community,



in one of my surveys I am using a "Rank Order" question.



By default, Qualtrics only displays the ranks of the items as a single number (1, 2, 3, ...). However, I would like to add some text to the rank numbers. For example, I would like to display "Rank 1" instead of just "1" for the highest ranked item. Is this possible? I have tried some JavaScript solutions, but I failed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
