We have to do a COVID questionnaire at least twice a day on our students. This survey shows the date/time, child's name, class, symptom checklist, morning temp, afternoon temp, and parent signature at sign in and sign out.
I need to create a report that shows the entire day's data by class showing the parent's signature. Is this possible? I've tried just about everything and can't make it work for the whole class.
