I have been testing participants' internet speed using embedded data and JavaScript, following the instructions set out by a previous Qualtrics Community question: https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/15974/how-to-assess-internet-speed-of-survey-respondent
The above method has been working very well ever since I added this to my projects. However, very recently I have noticed that the above method no longer works, despite nothing changing in my JavaScript/Embedded data. This seemed to have happened sometime after the 19th May (given that I have data points from the 19th May and before that do have the internet speed data).
My questions:
- Has there been any update to Qualtrics over the past few weeks that may have resulted in this not working anymore, that I would not have been aware about?
- If so, does anyone know a new method (JavaScript code etc.) of being able to check the Internet speed of the participants in my projects?
