Hiya! I am trying to embed an HTML code (a video which should be played automatically) in my survey. While the video appears in the GUI of the editor, it is absent in the survey when using the "preview" function.
I have a free 30-day trial, and it is not clear to me if it's still limited in terms of functionality. Seemingly, I have no way to upload my own files, as the "upload a new file" banner is absent (reference: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/editing-questions/rich-content-editor/insert-media/).

No chance of Inserting a custom video/ audio. Is my free trial the problem?

I don't know which specific features are limited in free trials, but I would bet that's the case here. You might reach out to Qualtrics support for confirmation. Good luck!
