Hi all
Long story but I had to combine 2 emails addresses into 1 field for our automated response action (when given a bad review for a site interviewed). e.g. joesmith@generic.com, joesmith2@generic.com.
I now need to find a way of splitting this field into its 2 parts in the Qualtrics database if possible - I need to grant viewing permissions on a dashboard and rather than allocate these manually (1000+ permissions) I want to base these on role permissions based on email (now limited due to being combined).
Is this possible at all?

If your emails are separated by any delimiter like comma(,) than you can save this filed as Multi-Answer Text set in dashboard mapping and from the Recode editor options, you can set the delimiter accordingly.
