Hello, I am trying to create hidden variables to combine responses from various questions and now sure how to:

  1. Punch the question using response logic

  2. Hide hidden question

Examples:
Age + Gender
Hispanic Origin + Ethnicity

You can do this by setting default values for hidden questions or if you just need to create a variable for data purposes, you can create variables on the Data & Analysis page.

What are you doing once you've combined these responses? Could you just store this information as embedded data?

When I preview, the survey seems to work. When I use the test link from Distributions, it does not.

Does your test link from Distributions trigger branch logic immediately? You may have to set your embedded data in the branches or have a landing page then when they go to the next questions do your branch logic.
